Get to know the other fabulous residents at Hassalo on Eighth! Each month, our residents enjoy several social events. Every month we host a happy hour, while at other events we showcase local businesses in our area to introduce you to the neighborhood. Think: sampling s'mores from a local s'mores confectionary, while watching a demonstration of fine roasting techniques featuring handmade marshmallow and graham cracker.
Transportation and access has never been so easy.
Hassalo on Eighth has some of the most diverse and numerous transportation options in the city. Walk Score assesses our location as a "Walker's Paradise," "Biker's Paradise," and as having "Excellent Transit." The Portland Streetcar passes right in front of our suite of buildings. Dining, health care, entertainment, parks, Convention Center and Moda Center are within walking distance. Five major bus lines and three MAX lines are at your service for routine trips, and for special excursions ZipCars are available on-site. To top it all off, we have secure bike storage and EV charging stations on-site as well.

At Hassalo on Eighth, we welcome pets into our residents' community. Pets have access to wonderfully designed dog-grooming facilities, pet relief areas, and dog-walking opportunities at Hassalo Plaza and nearby parks. All pets are welcome — any breed, any size.
